We walked several companies through our roofing project and selected Simple for several reasons. Boy am I glad we selected Simple and the team they have for all phases of work. The bid from Pasha at Simple was very thorough and included photos and recommended repairs. It was a very well done report. In addition as I talked about options and scope, Pasha was very helpful and walked us through the best approach. Schedule was easy to work out even in March in Colorado. The crews that showed up were professional and polite. They did the entire removal and installation in one day for the roof and finished up with gutter and some additional repairs the following day. Simple Exteriors is one of the most professional and efficient contractors that I have dealt with. I have been working on the commercial side of business and to find such a responsible contractor and owner is rare these days. We are truly blessed to have done business with such a remarkable organization. I feel like we not only made a new business relationship but made many new friends at the same time. Each and every associate of Simple Exteriors made us feel like family and not just another job. I highly recommend Simple! They came out to my mountain property and did an amazing job. They installed a hidden fastener standing seam metal roof which looks great on my house. The price was very reasonable, the quality of work was excellent, communication was great, and they came out and cleaned everything up. I will use them again in the future.

Best experience ever. Waiting to get your roof done, and house painted can be stressful, but I didn't feel that way at all with Simple. Everything came together so quickly and seamlessly. My house looks amazing, and no stress at all. And the tarp system for catching scrap material is a thing of beauty. You guys are awesome!

Absolutely stellar service! From the moment Posha sat with me and explained the entire process to the day they finished. All of his team were courteous, professional, punctual, and responsive. They even took over the nightmare I was experiencing dealing with my homeowners insurance, and even before full payment was issued, still repaired my roof to make sure I was prepared for the rainy season. Not only was the customer, service stellar, but their actual work was excellent. The installation of my windows was done so well and so beautifully it didnt even require the exterior to be repainted. The crew was thoughtful, clean, and left my yard and home in beautiful condition. I will recommend them always.

Evan is extremely knowledgable and the company's work is excellent! They repaired and installed new gutters and snow guards on our commercial building. I greatly appreciated Evan's knowledge of our snow and drainage issues and his ability to solve them! I would definitely recommend them!

I give my highest recommendation for Simple Roofing and Exteriors. Pasha and the team were so helpful! I had a second story deck that was pretty much hanging there, and they answered my call on a weekend. They were so prompt that the project was estimated the next day and done within the week. It was a relief, as I was scared someone could really hurt themselves if they used the deck accidentally. Pasha understood my safety concern and expedited my project. The quality of their work is just beautiful, and they painted it to an exact match with the rest of the house. They are the kind of company you want to NOT review and tell everyone about, so you can have them all to yourself, but they are truly kind and decent people who do great work.

Absolutely one of the best roofing - exterior contractors in the game. Evan is super professional and very knowledgeable. His crew repaired and replaced siding and trim on my house and the attention to detail is incredible. Highly recommend this company! So many contractors out there that Ive dealt with in castle rock that are complete scams this is not one of them he will be my go to for any further projects no doubt feels good to meet people who take pride in their work and business.

Simple Roofing & Exteriors is definitely a 5 Star Company! I would HIGHLY recommend! ... My roof tiles were sagging out at the soffit, soffit itself was water damaged. The whole area needed to have the tiles lifted off, and structurally "squared up". Then pieced back together. And Simple Roofing & Exteriors did a PERFECT job. Looks brand new. :-) ... We had ceiling leaks in our 6 year old home. I found the company on-line. Evan came right away and we had an estimate within 24 hours. Kevin came and replaced 4 roof vents which had not been installed properly along with 3 windows which had poor framing and had leaks. Kevin did meticulous work. The company was always responsive when I called or texted with questions. We will be using them in the future for exterior house painting and fence painting. I was given Evans # by my Plumber to come install roof jacks over the new vent pipes ran through the roof. Evan sent Kevin out to install the seals. Kevin was OUTSTANDING! He took the time to work up the shingles and get the area prepped CORRECTLY to install the pipe seals. Kevin then spent the time to properly fasten, trim shingles, weather seal, and paint to match the roof. After watching and talking with Kevin and how thorough he was, I decided these guys were going to be the ones to do my future exterior work. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Our project manager, Eduardo Pulido, was fantastic. He took over our job early from another manager who was unable to carry through due to forgivable family matters. Eduardo and his partner manager did not miss a beat. They worked together for the hand-over and he quickly understood our roof situation. He went to work quickly getting everyone and everything lined up. The best part is that he was savvy about the particulars of homeowner's insurance and how to apply the possibilities of our coverage to the ongoing process. The discoveries made on roof under layers after the job began were included in the reconciliation of payments applied by our insurer against the expenses. Eduardo helped us pay the absolute smallest outlay for our share of responsibility. Finally, he stayed with us through the finishing work of all related surfaces by returning several times to see that the work was professionally and thoroughly completed. Thank you so much, Eduardo!

I needed my roof inspected, and they did a great job coming out the next day to inspect and do a full report. Very professional and easy to work with.

I learned of Simple Roofing and Exteriors, and particularly Evan Kelly, from a neighbor who referred him to me for hail damage to my roof. I contacted Evan and he came and inspected my roof. He helped me throughout filing my claim and met with adjusters on many occasions showing hail damage. Ultimately we went to arbitration and after 4 months was approved for a new roof. Evan knew relevant codes and relied on them to get a new roof. He was dedicated, professional and determined. He is a valuable credit to Simple Roofing and Exteriors. I give him 5+ stars!

Talk about excellent customer service! I am in the process of selling my home, and after a recent home inspection and communication with a different roofer, I was leery of the recommendations I was initially provided. I decided to look for second opinions, and I am so thankful a quick google search led me to Stephen at Simple Roofing and Exteriors. Stephen was timely to reply and came out to assess my roof the next day. Upon assessment, Stephen was 100% honest with his findings and was able to explain his recommendations in a way that made sense to me. Simple Roofing and Exteriors responded after another business said it would take 2 to 3 months to get the vinyl siding needed for my job. The owner of this business came out the same day I contacted them and found the product needed locally. They finished the job within a week at a price lower than the first estimate. I would recommend them every time.

After a heavy rainstorm we noticed a leak from our roof. We called Simple Roofing and Exteriors because of their great reviews. Daniel immediately called us and set up an inspection. He is one of the most responsive, punctual, friendly, reliable, and honest people we have worked with. Because of this, we decided to go with them to repaint our house and replace gutters. He was there every step of the way and we couldnt be happier. We will likely be using them for other renovation needs in the near future! They are great!!

We hired Simple Roofing and Exteriors to install new gutters, siding and repaint the entire exterior of our home. Daniel and everyone was great from start to finish. We couldnt be happier with the outcome.

Over the past few years Ive had Daniel at Simple Roofing and Exteriors out multiple times to inspect my roof for possible damage. Each time he would tell me that my roof was fine and there wasnt a need to replace it. About a month ago my wife and I decided to put our house up for sale. The buyers made us an offer but expressed some concern for the roof and asked us if we would replace it. Once again I called Daniel out to inspect it and he informed me that the roof was fine just a little bit older. But also told me if the sellers home inspector had an issue with it he would give me us roof certification. Thankfully the home inspector agreed with Daniel and that the roof was fine. My wife and I were under contract and in the process of purchasing our very first home. I called Daniel at Simple Roofing and Exteriors and ask if he could meet me at the house to inspect the roof for possible damage. Daniel immediately informed me that there was significant hail damage to the roof and gutters and that the insurance should cover the replacement of both. Daniel met with the insurance adjuster and got both my roof and gutters bought by them. Simple was able to get all of the work done within 10 days and Daniel gave me a free upgrade to a Impact resistant shingle. Ill definitely use Simple Roofing and Exteriors in the future.

Had some water coming from our ceiling last night during the storm and they went above and beyond to get someone out today to ensure it was taken care of before the next storm. Pasha came out and took care of the problem this afternoon after finishing up another job close by. 5 star rating from the initial customer support getting me in contact with a project manager ASAP, their quality of work, responsiveness, and professionalism. Completely blown away and would recommend to anyone!

We have a barn with a very low slope and the shingles were just blowing off. We had 2 other companies bid the job and they both wanted to just replace what we had. Evan and his crew suggested a standing seam metal roof and it was priced well and looks and works way better than what we had before.

Ive known Evan Kelly at Simple Roofing & Exteriors since 2018. Im not an easy customer to please and if I see something sketchy from a roofing company I make sure not to use that company ever again. So far Ive been satisfied with Evan and had since replaced five (in five different houses) roof for me. Im scheduled to get another roof replaced once the weather permits and Evan will be my guy. Evan has been very good to me. I find Evan to be an honest person. Hes good to his words and will do what he says hell do and do it promptly. He fought for me when my insurance company refused to replace a damaged roof. Successfully he was able to convince my insurance to cover the full replacement of roof with the help of a mediator. Evan helped me fix a damaged drywall due to rain. My tenant was so impressed and my tenant sure let me know about the excellent job. Currently, Im working with Evan to repair and replace exterior sidings in one of my houses. I highly recommend Evan. Ill continue to use Evan because I finally found someone I can trust. No need for me to continually shop around for a roofer nor a painter and siding specialist.

We had Simple completely replace the siding on the North side of our home. They replaced all the siding, quite a bit of the OSB, all the trim around the windows as well as paint. The quality of the work is fantastic, I couldnt be happier. The price was very fair, and the timeliness was spot on.
