Deductible Coverage Requirements:
This program is only applicable to storm damage on your roof. Any issues related to the age of your roof (or other non-storm-related concerns) are not included and will not be covered.
Deductible coverage only applies if Simple Roofing replaces your roof.
The deductible pre-payment only covers roof replacements due to storm damage. It is not available for roofs to be replaced due to other reasons.
Roof replacements must be approved by your insurance.
To remain active in this program, homeowners must complete annual inspections and keep their accounts in good standing.
Homeowners must be enrolled in the program for a minimum of three months before qualifying for the deductible pre-payment.
This program only applies to new policyholders (60 days) or immediately following the installation of a new roof

Step 1: Your home is insured for $500,00
Step 2: Your deductible is 1%
Step 3: You’ve purchased the deductible prepayment program for $5,000
Step 4: Get a new roof for $0 out of pocket!
