Case Study: Sonoma Apartment Complex

Project Summary

This project required the installation of roofing on 18 buildings and 7 garages. The projected installation timeline was three months; however, we successfully completed the project in just six weeks. We utilized Tamko Flex Class 4 shingles in the Weathered Wood color. The HOA was very satisfied with the installation process, saying we were clean, very efficient and communicated well.
